We're looking for a
Learning & Capability Designer (Fixed-term) to support a growing healthcare and allied health organization in building engaging, scalable, and high-impact learning programs.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with structure — someone who can turn complex information into practical, learner-friendly content while continuously improving learning outcomes through feedback and data insights.
How You'll Make an Impact
Design and develop engaging learning materials including:- E-learning modules
- Videos and presentations
- Guides and training resources
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to structure training programs
- Manage and upload content within LMS platforms
- Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and feedback
- Improve and standardize learning content for quality and consistency
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:
- 1+ year experience in instructional design or digital learning development
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 or similar SCORM authoring tools (MANDATORY)
- Experience working with LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong written communication and content development skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
- Experience in healthcare, education, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Rippling or Reach 360
- Experience creating multimedia or interactive learning content
- Experience using learning data and insights to improve content
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Fixed term (12-months) | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Hybrid work setup
- Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month only
- Open to PH-based applicants only
