Design learning that actually drives performance—not just content that gets completed.The Opportunity at a GlanceWe're looking for a Learning & Capability Designer (Fixed-term) to join a growing organisation in the healthcare and allied health services sector, supporting workforce development at scale.
This role sits within the Learning & Capability function and is responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to translate complex information into practical, learner-friendly content, while leveraging data and feedback to optimise learning outcomes.
This is ideal for someone who is creative yet structured, highly collaborative, and confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including:
- E-learning modules
- Videos and presentations
- Guides and training resources
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging learning experiences
- Analyse learning needs and collaborate with SMEs to structure effective training programs
- Upload and manage content within LMS platforms (Rippling, Reach 360)
- Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and feedback to assess effectiveness
- Use data insights to continuously improve learning content and delivery
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Maintain content quality through regular audits and updates
- Standardise learning materials for consistency, branding, and usability
- Support internal rollout and communication of learning initiatives
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:
- Are based in the Philippines
- Have at least 1+ year of experience in instructional design or digital learning development
- Are proficient in:
- Articulate 360 or similar SCORM authoring tools (MANDATORY)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a strong understanding of:
- Instructional design frameworks
- Adult learning principles
- Have experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Have strong written communication skills and can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
- Experience in healthcare, education, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Rippling or Reach 360 LMS
- Experience creating interactive and multimedia learning content
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Experience analysing learning data and improving content based on insights
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Fixed-term (6-months) | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Hybrid work setup
- Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month only
