As a Learning Business Partner (LBP), you'll be at the forefront of transforming how organizations grow, adapt, and win. You'll operate as a strategic architect, shaping capability-building initiatives that directly fuel business performance and future readiness.

You'll partner closely with leaders to decode business priorities and translate them into bold, high-impact learning strategies. From designing innovative, tech-enabled programs to driving scalable solutions, you'll create learning experiences that deliver measurable business impact.

At the heart of this role is ownership: owning the connection between talent and competence, owning the quality and relevance of learning, and owning the outcomes that matter. You are the bridge between HR strategy and real business results ensuring every learning experience builds critical capabilities and moves the organization forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Management: Design and deliver competency-based learning aligned with business priorities.

  • Innovation & Engagement: Launch impactful programs that drive high adoption, strong feedback, and measurable outcomes.

  • Modern Learning Adoption: Embed experiential (70%) and social (20%) learning to ensure practical, on-the-job application.

  • Business Impact & Measurement: Track knowledge transfer presenting outputs for stakeholder buy-in.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets efficiently, optimize vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Success Metrics

  • % of business priorities addressed through learning solutions and scale of programs launched with strong completion and feedback rates

  • Adoption and integration of 70-20-10 learning methodologies across programs

  • Tangible business outcomes driven by applied skills, on-the-job learning, and project-based interventions

  • Effective budget management, with strong adherence and continuous optimization while maximizing impact

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development instructional design and content development, with a track record of delivering impactful, scalable learning solutions.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability, with a clear focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Expertise in Learning Analytics & Insights-ability to leverage data to assess effectiveness, generate actionable insights, and continuously innovate and optimize learning interventions.

  • Solid financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources while prioritizing impact and value creation

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive execution across teams
