Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Talent Management Specialist who will take the lead in designing, delivering, and evaluating competency-based L&D programs. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to align learning solutions with business goals—empowering our teams and strengthening our culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement competency frameworks (core, leadership, functional)
  • Conduct and analyze assessments to build Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Use tools like surveys, interviews, and data analysis to identify skills gaps
  • Validate and align learning needs with business priorities
  • Develop learning materials across formats (face-to-face, virtual, eLearning, simulations)
  • Ensure instructional design quality and content relevance
  • Facilitate engaging learning sessions; coordinate with vendors for external programs
  • Ensure seamless execution of training logistics
  • Measure program effectiveness and learner engagement
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and suggest data-driven improvements
  • Lead end-to-end L&D projects aligned with organizational goals
  • Foster strong internal partnerships and manage learning vendors

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree (any field); certifications in Adult Learning, Sales or L&D a plus
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in L&D, facilitation, and instructional design
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and business performance impact
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication skills
