We are looking for a Learning and Talent Management Specialist who will take the lead in designing, delivering, and evaluating competency-based L&D programs. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to align learning solutions with business goals—empowering our teams and strengthening our culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement competency frameworks (core, leadership, functional)
- Conduct and analyze assessments to build Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Use tools like surveys, interviews, and data analysis to identify skills gaps
- Validate and align learning needs with business priorities
- Develop learning materials across formats (face-to-face, virtual, eLearning, simulations)
- Ensure instructional design quality and content relevance
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions; coordinate with vendors for external programs
- Ensure seamless execution of training logistics
- Measure program effectiveness and learner engagement
- Maintain accurate training documentation and suggest data-driven improvements
- Lead end-to-end L&D projects aligned with organizational goals
- Foster strong internal partnerships and manage learning vendors
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree (any field); certifications in Adult Learning, Sales or L&D a plus
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in L&D, facilitation, and instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and business performance impact
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication skills
