Learning and Talent Development Intern

This intern supports the design and delivery of leadership and capability programs, including flagship initiatives running across the organization this year.

Work Setup:

• Remote for applicants outside Cebu City
• Hybrid for applicants within Cebu City.

What You'll Do:

Program Support

• Assist in coordinating training sessions, learning series and leadership programs end to end
• Prepare facilitator materials, participant packs and post-session summaries

Content and Assessment

• Help build learning content, job aids and knowledge checks under the guidance of program owners
• Consolidate evaluation data and prepare effectiveness reports

Learning Records / Reports

• Maintain attendance, completion and certification records on the learning platform
• Track program calendars, budgets and vendor coordination items

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Communication, Organizational Development or a related discipline
• Clear writing and an eye for material that is easy to follow
• Comfortable in front of a room or on a call supporting a facilitator
• Organized with schedules, records and follow-ups

Bonus Points

• Canva, Articulate or video editing experience
