Job Description

Learning and Development Supervisor

The Learning and Development Supervisor leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and business goals. This role partners with stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning solutions, manage LMS and digital learning platforms, and measure training effectiveness through data and analytics.

Key responsibilities include strategic L&D planning, instructional design, facilitation, leadership development, content creation, LMS administration, stakeholder management, and mentoring L&D team members to ensure high-quality learner experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5–7 years of Learning & Development experience with exposure to leadership development or people management
  • Strong background in instructional design, facilitation, LMS management, digital learning, and analytics
  • Familiarity with ADDIE, adult learning principles, and Kirkpatrick evaluation model
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
