Learning & Development Supervisor!
This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Develops training and development programs and objectives.
- Administers spending against the departmental budget.
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Modifies programs as needed.
- Coordinate with the Employee Relations Assistant to help coordinate a rigorous management by objectives culture through Annual Appraisal and Training Needs and Assessment.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Assistant / Officer to conduct the on-boarding company orientation on newly hired employees on all business units.
- Perform other tasks given by Immediate Superior or HR Manager.
- A college graduate of a 4-year business course, or equivalent working experience.
- In a Learning & Development industry for 3 years.
- Excellent in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An individual with demonstrated experience in delivering training programs across various formats (in-person, e-learning, self-paced).
- Excellent in planning and organizational skills.
- An individual with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across functions to support training initiatives.
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: August 2025
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
