EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: 3+ years of Supervisory experience Learning & Development
RELEVANT WORK EXPERRIENCE:
- Proven experience in training coordination, facilitation, or L&D support
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems
