Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support the deployment and execution of training initiatives.
  2. Oversee logistical planning for training sessions and workshops.
  3. Track participant progress and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  4. Contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness.
  5. Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: 3+ years of Supervisory experience Learning & Development

RELEVANT WORK EXPERRIENCE:

  • Proven experience in training coordination, facilitation, or L&D support
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems
