Learning and Development Specialist - Team Member

Hiring: Learning Operations / Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Experience: 2+ years

We are looking for a Learning Operations Specialist to support Learning & Development and People Operations processes, ensuring smooth delivery of learning programs, system accuracy, and excellent stakeholder support.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Learning Operations / L&D / HR Operations

Experience with LMS / GLMS administration

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SAP/LMS platforms

Exposure to professional certification programs is a plus

Offshore/shared services experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GLMS setup, class configuration, registrations, and learner communications

• Support ILT, virtual learning sessions, room bookings, and curriculum setup

• Resolve LMS, Degreed, and course completion issues

• Process learning-related billing, invoicing, and recharge queries

• Handle learner requests and People Operations cases via ServiceNow

• Process HR operational requests including study leave, terminations, probation/PDP forms, and system updates

• Ensure SLA compliance, accurate records, and audit-ready documentation

• Provide first-line troubleshooting and support for learning systems
