Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related course.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development

Learning & Development, Training Facilitation, or HR-related certifications are an advantage.

Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or LMS

Experience in administrative or HR support roles

  • Basic knowledge of training processes and L&D concepts

Good coordination and organizational skills

Basic facilitation and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and results-focused

Ability to follow processes and timelines
