About the Role

We are looking for an L&D Specialist who can design learning experiences that help people grow in self-awareness, take ownership, manage how they show up in real situations, understand others with empathy, and build trust through meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Design & Delivery: Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences focused on character development, leadership capability, and real-world application.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with organizational leaders to diagnose root-cause capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
• Impact Measurement: Evaluate program effectiveness using structured frameworks to measure growth, practical application, and performance impact.
• Digital Facilitation: Leverage LMS platforms and modern digital tools to deliver seamless, interactive learning journeys.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing and facilitating end-to-end L&D programs (curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and program evaluation).
• Instructional Design: Proven capability using adult learning principles and design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick).
• Facilitation Mastery: Strong room command with the ability to guide deep conversations, challenge mindsets, and elevate critical thinking.
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing LMS platforms and digital creation tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite, interactive workshop tools).
