Job Description

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the professional growth and development of our workforce. By designing and delivering impactful learning programs, you will help employees enhance their skills, align personal growth with organizational objectives, and drive overall business performance. This role supports talent retention, operational efficiency, and long-term organizational success by fostering a skilled, adaptable, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and facilitate individual and group learning programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Assess learning needs and develop personalized development plans to support employee growth.
  • Administer and leverage learning assessment tools to evaluate skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
  • Collaborate with managers, HR, and external partners to create a culture of continuous learning.
  • Track, measure, and report on learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and talent mobility programs.
  • Provide guidance on career paths, skill development, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Curate and maintain a library of learning resources, e-learning content, and training materials.
  • Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift.

Key Systems & Tools:

  • Learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Video conferencing and virtual training tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Assessment tools for skills and learning evaluation
  • Content creation and presentation software (Canva, Adobe Spark, PowerPoint)
  • CRM or HRIS systems for tracking development progress

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related area is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate learning, training, or talent development.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop engaging content for diverse learning needs
  • Data-driven mindset to evaluate program impact and measure ROI
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
