Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This position is responsible for assessing training needs, designing learning programs, and delivering training sessions for employees across the organization. Day-to-day activities include developing instructional materials, managing learning schedules, coordinating with department leaders to align training with business goals, and facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and onboarding programs. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness, maintaining learning records, and recommending improvements to enhance employee performance and engagement. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that learning initiatives support service excellence and brand standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Training & Development skills, including needs analysis, program design, and facilitation.
• Experience in Learning Management, such as organizing training calendars, tracking attendance, and evaluating outcomes.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging training materials and modules.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and interact with diverse teams.
• Coaching skills to support individual development, performance improvement, and ongoing learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools and basic office software for training design, delivery, and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Makati, manage multiple training initiatives, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
