Job Description
The Learning & Development Specialist supports the Firm's learning and talent development initiatives by assisting in the design, delivery, and implementation of training programs across face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning formats. The role works closely with the L&D Manager and divisional coordinators to ensure effective execution of learning interventions.
The position requires a solid understanding of end-to-end training processes, adult learning principles, 70-20-10 learning model, and learning technologies. The specialist also contributes to program improvements, identifies new learning needs, and supports knowledge management initiatives to strengthen firm-wide capability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with divisional learning coordinators to implement training and development programs
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and resource speakers for training delivery
- Align with training coordinators on mandatory, technical, and professional development programs, including schedules, participants, and facilitators
- Create visual and multimedia learning materials using Canva and video editing tools
- Send training invitations, reminders, and communications to participants and facilitators
- Prepare attendance reports, evaluation summaries, CPD tracking, and other required documentation
- Develop L&D reports, dashboards, and evaluation summaries for stakeholders
- Manage and update learning intranet pages and knowledge management content
- Support the full training cycle—from needs assessment to design, delivery, and evaluation
- Assist in designing and delivering training sessions (ILT, virtual, eLearning, or self-paced)
- Manage assigned learning projects and coordinate with various business units and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of total experience, with at least 1 year in Learning & Development
- Experience in training facilitation, workshops, business training, or professional development programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
