We are hiring for the position of Learning Operations Specialist for one of our leading clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage GLMS/LMS setup, registrations, curriculum, and assessments
• Handle learner communications, room bookings, and virtual training support
• Resolve LMS, Degreed, and digital badge related issues
• Process People Operations requests via ServiceNow
• Support onboarding/offboarding and HR operational activities
• Maintain SLA compliance, audit-ready documentation, and accurate records
• Coordinate with stakeholders, finance, HR, and learning teams
Preferred:
• Experience in offshore/shared services environment
• Exposure to professional certification programs
