Learning And Development Specialist

We are hiring for the role of Learning Operations / Learning & Development Specialist in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

We are looking for professionals with experience in Learning Operations, HR Operations, LMS administration, and shared services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Learning Operations activities within GLMS/LMS platforms

• Support ILT registrations, curriculum setup, learner communications, and virtual/classroom coordination

• Handle ServiceNow tickets, learner queries, and SLA-driven support activities

• Work on SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, GLMS, Degreed, and related HR/Learning systems

• Support HR Operations processes including onboarding/offboarding, study leave, probation, and People Operations requests

• Process invoices, recharges, billing queries, and maintain accurate learning records

• Provide LMS troubleshooting and first-line system support

• Coordinate with stakeholders, learners, facilitators, HR, and finance teams
