Job Description

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Education, Business Administration, or any related field
  • With at least 25 years of experience in training, learning and development, or technical training management
  • With technical background or hands-on experience in technical operations, systems, equipment, or related field
  • Proven experience in developing training programs, modules, and training materials
  • Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, training delivery, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to train technical and non-technical employees effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training programs
  • Willing to work onsite at South Caloocan
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday schedule

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with department heads
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Design training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers or facilitators
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory training requirements
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports for management
