Job Description
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Education, Business Administration, or any related field
- With at least 2–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or technical training management
- With technical background or hands-on experience in technical operations, systems, equipment, or related field
- Proven experience in developing training programs, modules, and training materials
- Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, training delivery, and performance evaluation
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to train technical and non-technical employees effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training programs
- Willing to work onsite at South Caloocan
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday schedule
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with department heads
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Design training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers or facilitators
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory training requirements
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for management
