We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Officer to lead the end-to-end rollout of advisory training programs across the firm. This role plays a key part in ensuring our advisory professionals meet mandatory technical learning and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the full lifecycle of advisory training programs—from scheduling and enrollment to completion tracking
- Ensure timely compliance with mandatory technical training and CPD requirements
- Prepare, review, and submit CPD applications and completion reports in line with regulatory standards
- Monitor training progress and completion rates to ensure all requirements are met
- Coordinate with facilitators to ensure smooth and effective program delivery
- Support onboarding of new hires through timely training enrollment and alignment with firm requirements
- Review and validate training certificates to maintain data integrity and audit readiness
- Prepare service agreements and verify accuracy of training attendance records prior to system upload
What We're Looking For:
- Must be a graduate of any four-year college course
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or training administration.
- Proven experience in managing and ensuring proper rollout of training programs, including planning, coordination, implementation, and post-training documentation.
- Experience in monitoring training attendance and completion rates to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Experience handling CPD applications, CPD completion reports, and other regulatory documentation with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
