The L&D Sr. Officer will focus on designing high-impact, interactive training sessions, blended workshops, and comprehensive learning materials for core and leadership programs. This role collaborates closely with the HR Business Advisers and Site HR Managers / Supervisors to align L&D initiatives with employee training needs and company culture.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or learning needs analysis in coordination with HR Business Advisors / Site HRs.
- Designs interactive training session / workshops for internal training requirements (core and leadership programs).
- Facilitates internal training sessions for core and leadership programs.
- Assists the LMS officer in designing and uploading e-learning courses in the company LMS.
- Creates training accomplishment reports.
- Ensures all training materials are complete, finalized, and execution-ready prior to deployment.
- Ensures timely liquidation of training expense.
- When needed: Identifies external training requirements and helps in evaluating external training providers.
Key Outputs:
- High-impact and blended training design for core and leadership (soft skills)
- Annual training / learning plan
- Quarterly L&D calendar of training activities; Training program management plan
- Comprehensive learning materials including power point, activity guides, session plans, etc.
- L&D reports - Monthly / Quarterly / Annual
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 to 3 years specialized in instructional design, curriculum development and facilitation.
- Experience working in a multi-site or matrixed organization is preferred to effectively collaborate with regional Site HR.
