Role Focus:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning and development initiatives that enhance workforce capability, employee effectiveness, and overall talent growth across the organization.
  • Develop comprehensive learning road maps aligned with business priorities, focusing on professional, behavioral, interpersonal, and leadership competencies required to support organizational growth.
  • Design and implement scalable development programs covering core professional capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability gaps, translating business needs into targeted learning solutions and development interventions.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning by introducing innovative and engaging development programs that support employee growth, retention, and internal mobility.
  • Lead the assessment, enhancement, and modernization of learning frameworks to ensure programs remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
  • Manage and develop the Learning & Development team, ensuring high-quality program delivery, stakeholder partnership, and execution excellence.
  • Utilize learning analytics, employee feedback, and business performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce capability building, talent development, succession readiness, and organizational learning priorities.
  • Champion learning initiatives that equip employees at all levels with the skills and behaviors needed to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rapidly growing business environment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience as learning and development professional within the BPO/Shared Services industry
  • At least 3+ years in leadership/people management roles
  • Learning and development expertise focused on people and soft skills training content
  • Experience in creating learning road maps and customized learning agenda aligned with the business direction
  • Can operate in an agile and fast-paced work environment where the leadership culture is hands-on and highly collaborative
  • Experienced in elevating learning and development programs to sustain the demands of the business unit
