The Learning and Development Associate supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of training programs under the PESO Academy. The role assists in identifying training needs, preparing learning materials, coordinating sessions, and supporting evaluation activities. It also applies basic teaching and psychometric skills to help ensure effective, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences that contribute to employee growth and improved performance.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management, or related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With background or knowledge in teaching, training assistance, or psychometric testing is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
