Learning and Development Officer

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Learning and Development Officer, located in Quezon City. The role involves identifying training needs, designing and implementing learning programs, and facilitating engaging training sessions. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, managing learning management systems, evaluating program effectiveness, and supporting employee development. The Learning and Development Officer will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the organization's workforce is skilled, motivated, and prepared to achieve their professional goals.

• Expertise in Training & Development and delivering engaging training sessions
• Proficiency in Learning Management and handling related systems
• Strong Communication skills for building relationships and delivering presentations
• Experience with Instructional Design to create impactful learning materials
• Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and independently manage tasks
• Knowledge of industry best practices in Learning & Development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
