Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Learning and Development Officer, located in Quezon City. The role involves identifying training needs, designing and implementing learning programs, and facilitating engaging training sessions. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, managing learning management systems, evaluating program effectiveness, and supporting employee development. The Learning and Development Officer will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the organization's workforce is skilled, motivated, and prepared to achieve their professional goals.
