Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience of successful design and delivery of substantial learning courses and programs to high quality standards for demanding audiences
• Experience in instructional design, with few years in a management role.
• Proven track record of designing and developing effective learning programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Experience with various instructional design tools and technologies, such as authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia production software.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Significant attention to detail, a logical approach and the ability to meet challenging deadlines
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
