Qualificat

• ions:
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, Education, or a related
• field.At least 5 years of Learning & Development experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial
• role.Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food service industry is pref
• erred.Strong facilitation, instructional design, coaching, and stakeholder management s

kills.
