Your Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Learning & Development Head to lead the organization's learning strategy, leadership development programs, and capability-building initiatives. This role will design and drive enterprise-wide learning solutions that strengthen organizational capability, improve performance, and support business growth across all levels. The role is open to candidates from all industries, provided they bring strong experience in leading large-scale L&D programs and learning transformations.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Learning Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Develop and execute the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build scalable learning frameworks, competency models, and leadership development programs
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and design targeted learning interventions
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning, performance improvement, and innovation

Digital Learning & LMS Management (Must-Have)

  • Own and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Lead digital learning transformation initiatives, including blended and online learning solutions
  • Experience handling large-scale training transformations and digital learning initiatives is required
  • Ensure effective adoption of digital learning platforms and tools across the organization

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and executives across the organization
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align learning solutions with operational needs
  • Present insights, learning outcomes, and recommendations to leadership teams
  • Influence stakeholders through data-driven learning strategies

Program & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise L&D programs including:
    • Leadership development programs
    • Internship and early talent programs
    • Coaching and specialist development initiatives
  • Ensure timely delivery, governance, and impact measurement of all programs
  • Establish KPIs and evaluate training effectiveness and business impact
Training & Facilitation Oversight

  • Oversee the design and delivery of engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions
  • Ensure training quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards
  • Champion modern learning methodologies and continuous improvement in delivery approaches

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the L&D team
  • Build a high-performing learning function that supports business growth
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Training leadership
  • Strong experience leading enterprise-wide L&D strategies and programs
  • Experience in LMS management and digital learning transformation (required)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
  • Solid project/program management experience (PMO exposure is a plus)
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs in corporate or complex organizational environments
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design background
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills
