Job Description

  • This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to improve employees skills, performance, and productivity in specific technical fields.
  • Responsible for providing leadership initiatives related to training & development programs of the company.
  • A graduate of any four-year degree course
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training related to technical course
  • Proficient in Training Needs Analysis, Competency Assessment, and Performance Management.
  • Capable of facilitating training sessions or serving as a Subject Matter Expert in PDCA, 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, and other technical topics is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating training modules and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for teaching.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers across various departments within the organization.
  • Capable of addressing and resolving organizational issues and concerns
