Summary:
The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the L&D Team by managing the administrative and operational logistics that drive successful training experiences across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating training schedules, participant communications, virtual and in-person session logistics, preparing training materials, and evaluations to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing development programs.
Partners with Sales and Operations Trainers, Coach & Development Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent learner experience and support trainer focus on facilitation and coaching. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to creating efficient processes that support learning, growth, and stronger business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage all logistics for Sales & Operations Training Programs, including scheduling, facilitation coordination, virtual platform setup, participant communications, and collaboration with subject matter experts and leaders
· Partner closely with trainers and facilitators to ensure seamless execution of learning experiences from planning through follow-up
· Coordinate the preparation, organization, and distribution of training materials, participant guides, facilitator resources, presentation decks, evaluations, and supporting documentation in partnership with trainers
· Produce virtual training sessions for facilitators as needed and ensure all technology and platform requirements are in place
· Support the organization, maintenance, and distribution of training content, resources, documentation, and shared team materials for the Sales & Operations Training Team in partnership with trainers and subject matter experts
· Support enrollment, attendance tracking, completion reporting, and learning records in partnership with the Systems & Technology Training Team
· Administer training evaluations based on established cadence, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvements or new learning opportunities
· Assist with special projects related to Leadership and Talent Development, Recruitment and Client Sales Coaching, and enterprise learning initiatives
· Support event planning for in-person trainings, including room reservations, vendor communication, and onsite logistics
· Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, streamline workflows, and create efficiencies that allow facilitators to focus on coaching and delivery
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, training coordination, or support role
· Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while managing multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines
· Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
· Strong commitment to creating a positive employee experience with a high level of customer service and professionalism
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools
· Demonstrates a growth mindset and openness to feedback

· Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
· Must be willing to work during US time zone
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field or previous work experience in a similar Training Coordinator/Specialist role in a corporate environment
· Staffing Industry experience
· Familiarity with administration of one or more learning management systems (LMS)
· Medical field or terminology background
· Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events or programs in a corporate setting
