Core Objective of the Role

To design and implement an enterprise-grade people system that enables scale, performance discipline, leadership depth, and governance—while materially reducing founder dependency. This role carries design authority, not advisory influence.

Non-Negotiable Candidate Profile

Background

● Former consulting manager / senior industry operator

● Proven experience building, not inheriting, people systems

● Exposure to multi-entity or matrix organizations

● Strong business and financial literacy

● Has experience with SAP

● Can clearly explain how he will design, implement, and enforce a people system in his first 90 days
