Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Training Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venues, materials, attendance, and schedules.
  • Support orientation and onboarding programs for new colleagues.

Learning Administration

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learning documentation.
  • Track completion of mandatory training and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly training reports, training hours reports, and development trackers.

Program Support

  • Support the implementation of IHG learning programs, colleague development initiatives, and engagement activities.
  • Assist in conducting training needs analysis and gathering feedback from participants.
  • Coordinate with department trainers and leaders for departmental training activities.

Employee Development

  • Support programs focused on colleague growth, service culture, and leadership development.
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, recognition programs, and learning campaigns.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure training activities align with IHG brand standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Support preparation for training audits and compliance reviews.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and internal communications related to learning programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development function.
