Responsibilities
- Develop training programs to address skill gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to set learning objectives.
- Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals).
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the LMS with relevant content.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.
