Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and team leads to identify training needs and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create relevant content and materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions, ensuring active participation and engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Provide reports and insights to measure ROI and impact on organizational performance.
  • Maintain and update training records, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of experience in learning and development.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  6. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  7. Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
  8. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
