About The Role
Location: Ermita, manila
Role Type: Full-time, Onsite
Reports to: Sr. L&D Specialist
The L&D Assistant supports the administration and coordination of training programs by managing schedules, logistics, and records. Responsibilities include reserving venues, setting up sessions, training documentation, issues certificates, and consolidates feedback for evaluation.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Program Administration and Delivery
- Update training calendar regularly
- Reserves training rooms, venues, and other suitable locations for training sessions.
- Sets up and supports hybrid and on-site training sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for both in person and remote participants.
2. Evaluation and Reporting
- Collects and consolidates training enrollment and evaluation responses.
3. Training Records Management
- Updates and maintains training records within database.
- Prepares training certificate.
4. Process Compliance
- Assists in processing of payment request forms and keeping documents such as Statement of Account, signed proposal invoice and other related documents.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Psychology, Education or Learning and Development, Human Resources
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in training or events coordination is a plus
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, experience with virtual meeting platforms for hybrid training setups.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a new training-related software or applications (Learning Management System)
