  Support communication and change management strategies for the Global Capability Center in Manila, ensuring effective messaging, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.

  Strengthen the employee experience by helping design and execute engagement activities such as events, clubs, and other initiatives that foster learning, connection, and belonging.
