Job Description

  • Co-develop extensive program that will serve as LP&D database for Monde Nissin. This will cover policies, work instructions and processes.
  • Create an effective system to execute and maximize virtual platform.
  • Design and create materials needed for LP&D.
  • Create a system to facilitate smooth online orientation and deployment to the departments.
  • Interface with concerned parties on the progress and development of the project.
  • Prepare end project report to evaluate outcome of the project

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology or any related course
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and other productivity tools; Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Canva/other editing tools is preferable.
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Presentation skills
