JOB DESCRIPTION
Training Design, Development and Implementation
- Identify training/learning needs for EDD divisions by doing Training Needs Analysis.
- Create training plans based on TNA results and/or requirements of job positions.
- Design and development behavioral and leadership trainings based on TNA results.
- Implement behavioral and leadership trainings to targeted participants thru various methodologies.
- Monitor the status of different behavioral and leadership trainings.
- Prepare post training reports and associated analytics.
- Lead the behavioral team in ensuring targeted trainings are being implemented to targeted participants.
- Assign behavioral team members to conduct trainings based on TNA results/ job position requirements.
Performance Management
- Administer and monitor KPI creation/evaluation of the organization.
- Handles promotion process from profiling to deliberation.
- Conduct performance management orientations to employees.
Budget Management
- Prepare budget estimates for trainings and projects of the behavioral team.
- Prepares initial budget estimates.
- Presents and seeks approval of proposed budget estimates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or Business-related courses
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in training or the academe is preferred
- With COSH or BOSH certification/training
- Knowledgeable in Quality Control and Quality Assurance tools and techniques
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
