Job Description

We're looking for a Learning & Development Officer who is passionate about developing people and helping teams perform at their best. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify learning needs, design impactful development programs, and ensure employees have the right capabilities to support business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand capability gaps and identify learning opportunities.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and translate insights into practical development initiatives.
  • Develop and manage annual learning plans, training calendars, and budgets for your assigned business units.
  • Customize learning solutions based on the needs of different employee groups, functions, or teams.
  • Design, organize, and facilitate learning programs that align with the company's learning framework and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training providers to ensure the successful delivery of learning interventions.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements based on participant feedback and business outcomes.
  • Help maintain a positive and engaging learning culture by promoting continuous development across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Human Resources with a strong focus on training and employee development.
  • Hands-on experience in training needs analysis, curriculum or program development, facilitation, learning evaluation, and project coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and business functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external training vendors or shared services is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.
