Job Description

Job Description:

  • Support the end-to-end coordination of L&D programmes and events, including training execution (pre-training, during training, and post-training)
  • Assist in designing and developing learning materials (e.g. case studies, slides, visuals, and e-learning content)
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Portal and Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolment, attendance, and course content upkeep
  • Craft newsletters and maintain communication channels with programme participants through different engagement touchpoints
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on the effectiveness and impact of both training and e-learning courses using surveys, assessments, and learning analytics
  • Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology or related fields
  • Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with a strong learning mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
  • Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Canva), e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Learning Management Systems) copywriting, or storyboarding is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
