We are currently hiring for Leads Qualifier to join our #happyatwork growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound initiatives.
- Cold Calling and Emailing: Proactively reach out to potential leads through cold calling and emailing to initiate contact and gauge interest.
- Follow Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure continued engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
- Pipeline Management: Keep the sales pipeline organized and up-to-date, ensuring that all leads are accurately tracked and managed.
- CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Closing Smaller Deals: Take ownership of smaller deals, guiding them through the sales process to close.
- Handing Off Large Deals: Identify larger opportunities and seamlessly hand them off to senior sales team members for further development and closure.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Leads Generation of Leads Qualifying role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Experience within the BPO set up is a PLUS but not required
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in the cybersecurity industry
- Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
