Leadership Development Training Program

Description:
Must be a graduate of a four year college degree, those with post graduate studies will be given preference

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Management Trainee is envisioned to provide leadership strategies for the organization after completion of the training program. He or she will be placed in certain business unit where he or she will be of best value depending his/her performance during the training program.

Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, must be excited to embrace challenges and deliver results

Requirements:
Must be conceptually sound, creative and forward thinking
