• Basic understanding of leadership frameworks

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational leadership programs (e.g.,
  
  

new supervisor training)

• Coordinate logistics for leadership sessions and
  
  

track attendance/completion

• Support development of learning materials
• Administer post-training assessments and
  
  

feedback forms

- Partner with HR to identify training needs for first-

line leaders

Job Description

The Leadership Development Specialist supports

the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership

training programs. They facilitate entry-level

sessions, assist in program development, and

ensure that training content meets learner and

business needs.
