Lead Warehouse Manager

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Warehouse Manager - Operations & Compliance to oversee cold chain warehouse operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and lead warehouse management and EHS functions across multiple branches.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily chilled and frozen warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch, ensuring compliance with cold storage temperature standards.
• Manage warehouse capacity, space utilization, inventory accuracy, and stock rotation using FEFO/FIFO procedures.
• Monitor warehouse performance indicators, including inventory accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, and damage or loss rates.
• Manage key account relationships and ensure operational performance meets customer service and compliance requirements.
• Lead warehouse managers, Safety Officers, Security Officers, and PCO/QA personnel in maintaining operational, quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP, and relevant ISO/QMS/EHS frameworks.
• Lead internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), incident investigations, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure proper implementation of sanitation, safety, security, and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on equipment safety, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage manpower planning, performance management, coaching, training, and employee development.
• Monitor labor, overtime, and operating costs while implementing cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare accurate and timely operational and compliance reports for management and customers.
• Ensure continuous warehouse operations and excellent customer service across assigned branches.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related course.
• At least 5 years of warehouse operations management experience in cold chain or cold storage, preferably in a 3PL or FMCG distribution environment.
• Hands-on experience in EHS and compliance, such as Safety Officer, Pollution Control Officer (PCO), ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain warehouse operations, inventory management, FEFO/FIFO, and warehouse performance metrics.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and quality, environmental, health, and safety management systems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, developing supervisors, and coordinating across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP and WMS/ERP systems is highly preferred
