Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Video Editor located in Baguio City. The Lead Video Editor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production, including editing, color grading, and creating motion graphics. Key responsibilities include managing video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with a team to meet deadlines and creative goals. The role may also involve offering creative input and technical solutions to deliver exceptional video content.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and/or account managers about briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and revisions
• Lead video editing projects from start to final delivery
• Assign tasks to other editors and manage workload/priorities
• Review and quality-check other editors outputs (pacing, audio, graphics, specs, brand style)
• Edit both long-form and short-form videos personally when needed
• Create or enhance motion graphics (titles, captions, lower thirds, transitions)
• Keep projects organized (folders, naming, version control) and ensure smooth handoffs
• Track revisions and make sure all feedback is applied correctly before final export

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Video Editor (or similar role)
• Strong skills in long-form editing (YouTube, interviews, podcasts, webinars) and short-form editing (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Knowledgeable in motion graphics and video storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (must-have)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Able to lead a team, give clear feedback, and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills (client-facing and internal coordination)
• Familiar with collaboration/review tools (e.g., Frame.io, Google Drive/Dropbox, ClickUp/Trello) is a plus
