PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF JOB

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leader – Training Team to lead a group of skilled clinical and non-clinical trainers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training program development and delivery, team leadership, and instructional design. This role requires a highly organized individual who is passionate about learning, has excellent communication skills, and can foster a high-performance training culture aligned with organizational goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical and non-clinical trainers to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of training materials, e-learning modules, and other instructional content.
  • Ensure training programs meet compliance and industry standards for both clinical and non-clinical functions.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure training effectiveness, employee development, and knowledge retention.
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and provide coaching and feedback to trainers to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), quality, HR, and operations to align training with business objectives.
  • Support onboarding programs for new employees and refresher training for existing staff.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and learning methodologies to continuously evolve training programs.
  • Manage training schedules, documentation, and reports for audits and internal evaluations.
  • Mapping client's requirements and coordinating in developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the guidelines specified by the client.
  • Interact with stakeholders for material and curriculum updates and to ensure appropriate changes are included in future classes.
  • Responsible for training effectiveness analysis.
  • Conduct formal walk-through of training materials and make revisions with course development, as necessary.

  • Keeping record of training progress around the year.
  • Re-assessment of unsuccessful candidates for re-locating/ deployment into other processes.
  • Creating modules as per the SLA and business requirements.
  • Documenting the performance of the trainees and sending it for evaluation to required stakeholders.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Clinicians with CPC certification & prior QA experience (minimum 1 year). Willing to complete CIC within 3-4 months of joining
  • Certification in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) is mandatory.
  • Must be CPC/CIC,CCS certified with coding audit experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing training teams (clinical and non-clinical).
  • Strong experience in creating structured, engaging, and outcome-based training content.

Preferred

  • Experience in a healthcare or hospital/clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with compliance training, healthcare accreditation standards, or HIPAA (if applicable).
  • Experience with Articulate, remote training tools and virtual facilitation platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
