Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections, perform installations, manage front office tasks, and respond to charge calls promptly.
Inspect facilities for safety and compliance standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
Assist with repairs, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
Document work performed and schedule regular inspections.
Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required. With NC II
Experience Level: 1-3 year of experience in a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in commercial and residential electrical systems, use of power and hand tools, excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
Working Conditions: Willing to work in a night shift schedule 10PM - 7AM and roving set-up, Monday to Saturday.
Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess good problem-solving abilities.
