Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of internal reporting frameworks, governance routines, and executive-level operating rhythms across the area of responsibility.
  • Partner with technology, business, functional, and executive leaders to align priorities, surface risks and dependencies, and support timely decision-making across strategic programs and delivery commitments.
  • Own preparation and delivery of executive-ready updates, governance materials, performance insights, and leadership reporting that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional program governance by establishing clear accountability, cadence, escalation paths, and follow-through mechanisms across teams and leadership groups.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen delivery discipline, improve reporting quality, simplify governance processes, and build scalable ways of working across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or another relevant field equivalent post-secondary education or experience may be considered.
  • Extensive experience in technical program management, service delivery governance, business management, or technology operations within a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and communicate with senior leaders and executives, including the preparation of concise, executive-ready materials and decision support.
  • Strong governance, reporting, risk management, and program execution skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and actionable priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, drive alignment across stakeholders, and maintain disciplined follow-through across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, with high attention to detail and quality.
