Your Role
- Level 3 Boss Mode Support: When things get weird across our cloud infra, SaaS platforms, or internal systems, you're the one who dives in. You don't just fix symptoms; you perform the deep-dive diagnostics and log analysis to validate the root cause so the problem stays dead.
- The Dev-Ops Bridge: You'll collaborate directly with our development teams to resolve environment and deployment issues. You're the reason it works on my machine isn't an excuse anymore.
- Azure & Identity Mastery: Managing Entra ID to ensure SSO is seamless and Conditional Access policies are smart. You'll keep our O365/SharePoint environment from turning into a digital junk drawer.
- Network Craftsmanship: Tuning our Netgate/pfSense setups for dual-ISP failover and complex outbound VPN routing. You know exactly where to place those 9 Ubiquiti APs for 100% coverage.
- Operational Excellence: You own the runbooks. You maintain the documentation and procedures that make our operations repeatable and scalable. You hit your marks (SLA) because you're efficient, not because you're rushed.
- Vendor Diplomat: When a 3rd-party provider or vendor drops the ball, you're the one who steps in, speaks their language, and gets the resolution we need.
