In this role, you aren't just maintaining systems; you are building the foundations that allows our teams to scale without friction.
Job responsibilities:
- Level 3 Infrastructure Sovereignty: You are the authority for high-level issues across our cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and internal systems. You perform deep-dive diagnostics and log analysis to validate root causes, ensuring problems are solved permanently.
- The DevOps Bridge: You'll collaborate directly with our development teams to streamline environment and deployment issues. You're the reason it works on my machine is no longer an excuse.
- Azure & Identity Mastery: You will architect seamless SSO experiences and implement smart Conditional Access policies. You will lead the evolution of our O365/SharePoint environment into a structured, scalable digital workspace.
- Network Craftsmanship: You'll tune our network setups for multi-ISP failover and complex outbound VPN routing, ensuring 100% wireless coverage and network reliability for our on-site teams.
- Operational Excellence: You own the runbooks. You maintain the documentation and procedures that make our operations repeatable and scalable. You hit your marks (SLA) through automation and efficiency, not by rushing.
- Vendor Diplomat: You act as the technical liaison when 3rd-party providers drop the ball. You speak their language and you ensure swift resolutions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Level (L3) role
- Strong experience in incident communication and management
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Amenable to working onsite
Tech Stack
- Routing and Firewall: Netgate/pfSense Plus, Cisco IOS or NX-OS
- Switching and Wireless: Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco or equivalent enterprise gear
- OS Ecosystem: MacOS, Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, Lambda and Billing), Microsoft Azure
- Security and SSO: Microsoft Entra ID
- Productivity: Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online
- Communications: Logitech Rally and Meetup Series or similar teleconferencing equipment .
