We're Hiring: Lead Specialist, OPEX – Quality Management

We are looking for an experienced Quality Management professional to drive TQS implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement across our Service Delivery Units in Mandaluyong.

  • Location: Mandaluyong (Full Onsite)
  • Schedule: Full Dayshift

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • 5+ years of experience in a BPO environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in training facilitation — workshops, coaching, and lectures
  • Experience in course design methodology (ADDIE, ISD, or equivalent)
  • Able to engage stakeholders from staff to director level

Nice to have:

  • 3+ years in a QA/QC role
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification
  • Knowledge of US P&C or Employee Benefits Insurance
