Now, we're looking for a Lead the Back Office Engineering Squad responsible for developing and maintaining internal web platforms that power Operations, Customer Support, Risk, and other business functions. Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers by providing technical direction, mentorship, coaching, and performance
  
  

management.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for internal operational platforms, including
  
  

Admin Dashboard, Ride Tracking, and workflow management tools.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and business stakeholders to translate operational
  
  

requirements into technical solutions.

• Define software architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices to ensure maintainability, security,
  
  

and scalability.

• Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments to maintain high
  
  

engineering quality.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements to system
  
  

reliability and operational efficiency.

• Champion Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap execution for the squad
  
  

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software

Engineering, or a related field.

Years of Experience:

At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a

technical leadership or team lead role.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in full-stack software development using modern
  
  

backend and frontend technologies.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, database
  
  

design, and scalable distributed systems.

• Experience building and maintaining web-based administrative or internal
  
  

operational platforms.

• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or MySQL) and
  
  

modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated

testing, and cloud-based deployments.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading engineering
  
  

teams through end-to-end software delivery.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving
  
  

engineering best practices.

• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes),
  
  

cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and real-time systems is an advantage.
