Lead Site Reliability Engineering

POSITIONGENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Must have

. Production Support / SRE (L2 Operations)

o 12+years Strong experience in incident management, platform stability, anddistributed systems support

. Linux& Scripting Expertise

o Hands-on with Linux commands + shell/Python/ scripting

. Monitoring& Observability Tools

o Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, alerting, dashboards

. Java& Application Troubleshooting

o Working knowledge of Java (1.8+) and end-to-end issue debugging

o Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)

. Programming Languages

o Exposure to C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby

. Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support , excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & automation of operational tasks

. Support onboarding and guidance of junior team members

Good-to-Have Skills

. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Blaze Meter)

. Exposure to payments or real-time transaction systems

. Understanding of DevOps and automation practices

Soft Skills

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
